Stewart Forbes was appointed temporary DEPENDENT administrator to the estate of my mother’s late husband. It is my understanding that he MUST have a judges approval on any decisions made. He has been extremely unbiased while handling this estate. Any time my mother had questions and she would reach out to Stewart she was immediately referred to her attorney Susan Forbes. Stewart went out of his way for the animals on my stepfathers estate when there was no alfalfa available and sent someone to feed the animals with his OWN alfalfa. He is fair and does everything by the book. He definitely went out of his way to help the animals in need of food and has shown extreme professionalism in everything he has handled thus far.

I hired Stuart Forbes to handle a case for me, he did an excellent job during my deposition, and mediation. He took good care of me, explained everything step-by-step guided me in the direction I needed to go also help me with the decision I needed to make. I have had a horrible experience with Susan Forbes whom represents the Estate of my father ; however she has only represented my brother heir of the estate. Susan Forbes has not done her due diligence in compliing with the court to fully disclose or disclose to me what is going on with the estate and how everything is being separated. Susan Forbes went behind my back before the compliance hearing and had the case closed out with the probate court. Susan Forbes neither contacted me about the cancellation and nor did she allow me to stand before the judge to agree or disagree with the handling of the estate. The would have found out the executor was not in compliance and not fit to be the executor to the theft he committed with taking my silver set which had been gifted to me by my mother in 2004. I had documents to show the judge concerning another item my brother was trying to place in the estate which I did not get to hand to the judge nor my son to verify the notarized statements were the truth. For Susan Forbes is suppose to be the attorney of my father's estate., not the attorney of my brother concerning the estate. Full disclosure should have been made to me concerning the estate. I give Susan Forbes a negative 10 , dishonest, unprofessional and non-compliant in the handling of my father's affairs. Susan Forbes has treated me with disrespect. I would not recommend her at all.
