I give Gentiva Hospice 10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ they are Amazing and very caring to all patients. I see some comments and Im just in shock. Gentiva took care of my mom for a year and just a few months ago took care of my dad. They were so loving, listened and even there when we were going through a lot of ups and downs with my parents health. I love Gentiva and would choose them over the rest. I will say Pruitt Home Health sucks. They hurt my dad and put him in ICU. Beware of Pruitt. Gentiva thanks for going above and beyond for both of my parents ❤️❤️ I can never thank yall enough

I don’t know if words will ever fully capture what Gentiva Hospice has meant to my family, but I feel compelled to try. We transferred from a Gentiva team in Florida to the Gentiva team in Columbus, Georgia, and both have been extraordinary. The transition was completed in a single day, and the Columbus team even came out on a Saturday to complete intake so my father would not experience a gap in care. From the very beginning, we felt seen, supported, and safe. My father is dying from an incredibly painful cancer. Walking through this as his caregiver has been one of the hardest experiences of my life. There have been moments where I truly did not know how I would keep going — and this team has carried me through those moments more times than I can count. I want to recognize a few people who have become deeply important to our family. Becca, our nurse, is nothing short of an angel. She goes above and beyond in ways that are hard to explain unless you’ve lived it. She makes sure both my father and I understand everything, answers questions with patience and kindness, and checks on us even when she doesn’t have to. She has sat with me while I cried and felt overwhelmed, and she never makes us feel rushed or like a burden. She brings calm into chaos and dignity into incredibly hard days. I truly could not be doing this without her. Jeremy, our social worker, has been such a steady source of support. He is exactly where he is meant to be. Whenever I need resources or guidance, he is there — but beyond that, he checks on me. He and Becca both recognize that caregiving impacts every part of life, including my new marriage, and they make sure I feel supported as a person, not just as a caregiver. Mrs. Kathy, our aide, comes three times a week to help with bathing, shaving, and linens. She treats my father with so much tenderness and respect, even on days when he is tired, frustrated, or uncomfortable. Her kindness never changes, and the dignity she gives him means more than I can say. Delta, our chaplain, has brought incredible peace into our home. She meets my father exactly where he is emotionally and spiritually, respecting his wishes while still offering comfort in such a genuine and loving way. Her prayers feel heartfelt and personal, and she has also prayed with me in moments when I needed strength more than I realized. When we first moved here, I met the office staff and immediately felt the warmth of the entire team. I believe the woman who helped coordinate everything was named Pam — she made the transfer from Florida seamless and removed so much stress during an already overwhelming time. Even the medical equipment delivery team has been kind, patient, and compassionate. These people are more than healthcare providers. They have become part of our family during one of the most painful seasons of our lives. They have cared for my father with dignity, respect, and love, and they have cared for me as a daughter trying her best to walk her dad home with comfort and peace. I am sure being in A big city means that each of these workers has a large caseload, but you would never know it because they treat us so wonderfully an individualized. I cannot thank Gentiva enough. The work you do matters more than you will ever know.

Absolutely unprepared, lack of coordination of job specifics, poorly trained staff, no follow up with long term care facility where family member is. I would look around at some other companies and see how they conduct business. Took two days to cancel their service, the usual stories- I sent the form to wrong email. again and again and again. Took a call to their corporate office to get the form emailed to me for signature. when it comes to a loved one we simple ask for professional care as they transition to their final place of rest. They have made this uncomfortable for the family,

Thank you Gentiva Hospice for the wonderful care you provided for my mother during her final months. The love and support we received from all our caretakers, made this experience a much easier path to navigate. July 23rd for us will never be the same, but knowing we had the best of care until the end makes life a bit sweeter.
