If I could leave a 0 stars would be better. I tried doing a donation drop off on 5.28.26 their sign said “donations drop off closed for the day” I called the next day before I went. They told me over the phone that they were open for donations. I went like an hour or so later and they told me donation drop offs were closed. The guy said “you should have came earlier” what does that mean? to do a drop off at their convenience. Smh. I was only dropping off a small bag of un-worn shirts and sweaters that are brand new with tags valued at $60 each sweater and it was 3. I couldn’t drop them off… It's not like if I was dropping off a bunch of junk on them. Don’t waste your time trying to DONATE & drop off at this place because most likely they will have a sign that they are closed for donation drop offs bad experience. I’ll donate my free stuff elsewhere. What a waste of time and gas to try to make a FREE DONATION…!

Omg no words for how rude woman and her coworker male friend are. Would not help at all and became really condescending and rude because we didn't have a bag. Never had been here before A person stood up and helped us when she witnessed how horrible she was. She needs another job I will starve before I go back. Noone needs to be treated like this. It's bad enough to fall on hard times without being treated badly as well

I had a very horrible experience and I hope no one has to go through this especially in a time when we are already stress out. I needed and still need rental assistance. It took them 2 months to follow up just to question me like I was a criminal, and after I said I was going to complain about Brian and Cristina. I'm not upset because I did not get assistance but because I really feel like I was discriminated... Brian even try to say that I will have a hard time trying to get assistance. WRONG!!! the same information I gave them I gave to someone else in October after being ignored for 2 months ... I give them negative 5 stars -*****

If you're looking for a great deal and low prices at a thrift store AVOID THIS PLACE!! They are marking stuff at near new prices when the items are dirty and heavily used and even selling stuff over what it costs NEW! It shows because everything is piling up. There are other places in town more reasonable but alot of these thirft stores on the coast raise prices just because they believe people on the coast have money and take advantage of them.
