Three Oaks Hospice | Fort Worth

This place is a joke. My mother suffered. Nurse didn’t show up daily. No follow up with children.after my mom died in agony. Nothing even from their chaplain. Nothing. Had her eternally sedated just a few days after starting the program. She lasted two weeks in the condition and we got to watch her deteriorate in agony. I am now forever traumatized.

Three Oaks Hospice was wonderful! They were kind and loving to my aunt in her last weeks. They took care of her needs and made sure she was comfortable. They advised us in all aspects and we really appreciated everything!

I would like to say that we had an amazing experience with their service, their communication and care for my husband. Sharon Sadd, was our liaison and she was incredible always doing what needed to be done for my husband and caring for our family! We love her and the nurse Martha Sanchez caring for my husband, and the doctor. They were wonderful!

I cannot tell you how wonderful Three Oaks Hospice staff was to our family when caring for my Dad! They helped us navigate his end of life journey with dignity and compassion. They supported us with so much care every time we had to make tough decisions and offered options for consideration. I can honestly say my Dad had a happy death. Our nurse, Suzanne, became extended family and we love her dearly.
