I can’t say enough kind things about Medical City Hospice and Family Care. During one of the most difficult times in our lives, they provided compassionate, respectful, and truly heartfelt care for my dad in the comfort of our home. Every member of their team treated him with dignity and made sure our family felt supported every step of the way.
They went above and beyond not only in his care, but in how they cared for us as a family. Their kindness, empathy, and attention to detail made such a difference during a very emotional time. One of the most meaningful things they did for me was create a special keepsake memory bear with a voice recording of my dad inside. Being able to hear his voice again is something I will cherish forever.
I am deeply grateful for everything they did for our family, and I highly recommend Medical City Hospice and Family Care to anyone in need of compassionate hospice services.

The worst company ever! My grandfather wanted to pass away in his own home. After 3 days this company could not deliver as they promised. Most hospice take care of this in less than 24 hours. They use one DME company who has broken and missing equipment. Because they could not deliver a fully functioning bed in a timely manner my grandfather passed in away in the hospital. Totally against his wishes. No response from the company. Do not use this company as they cannot provide compassionate and timely care. Even the hospital is in agreement with this statement.

Brookdale Hospice cared for my brother during his last few months. The staff I met during that time were amazing! Very caring, competent, and most of all, available. I had questions, and no matter who I called, they were patient, and answered me in ways I could understand. This was my first experience with hospice, and I am very happy with the services my brother received.

The staff is incredibly competent, professional and compassionate. All contributed so greatly to ensuring that our father was treated during his last week with the dignity, respect, care, and kindness my family and I were seeking.
The nurses made themselves available 24/7 (not to mention he received hospice starting friday and they came even on-call saturday and sunday that same week). They were very quick to deliver the equipment, chaplain upon request, and even received countless calls and a letter from Brookdale staff sending their condolences after his passing.
Suffice it to say, I highly recommend this organization to anyone caring for a dying loved one. My kudos and heartfelt thanks to all who work and volunteer there with a special shout out to Karen.
