Forest Hills Memorial Park & Palm City Chapel

Forest Hills Memorial has been incredibly kind, warm, and helpful to our family during a very difficult time. From the beginning, Crystal, our funeral director, guided us with care and professionalism, helping us through decisions that felt overwhelming while we were grieving. Our family has trusted Forest Hills Memorial for many years, beginning when our grandmother passed away in 2002. Since then, they have continued to be accommodating and supportive for other loved ones who have been laid to rest there, including during our grandmother’s and cousin’s emergencies, as well as with my parents’ pre-need arrangements. They have consistently treated our family with compassion, patience, and respect. Tony also did a beautiful job assisting with the prayer cards and publishing details, and we truly appreciated his patience and attention to detail. We are still working with Fern on finalizing the headstone, and we appreciate her continued help as we complete that final piece. I also want to give a special thank you to the gentleman with the beard who assisted us during the wake. I unfortunately do not know his name, but he was exceptionally kind. He took his time with our family in a deeply personal and compassionate way, and that meant more than I can properly express. During a time when everything felt heavy, the staff at Forest Hills Memorial treated our family with warmth, respect, and genuine care. They have been there for our family through multiple difficult moments over the years, and we are very grateful for their continued support.

Crystal Tyler and Forest Hills Memorial Park & Palm City Chapel and the rest of the team, Fern and Liz, etc. - did an AMAZING job with my dad's funeral. I was utterly impressed with everything from day 1 - when my mom and I met Crystal and Fern, we knew we had selected the right funeral home. Aside from being professional and kind, they were personable, answered my calls and text messages after hours and was there to guide us every step of the way. Forest Hills conducted funeral services for my wife’s sister and from the moment we met with Joe La Cava and his team they did a phenomenal job making it easy to go through the process. The chapel and mausoleum were beautiful. The Staff, Kasia, Elizabeth, Anna, Steven snd Pete all were engaging, caring, and professional. They made a point of delivering our death certificates directly to where we were staying. That was super helpful since we were meeting with the attorney in a couple days. Forest Hill Memorial Funeral Home was absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful during a most difficult time. Our Celebration of Life for my husband was well received and our family and friends were impressed with the facility and the staff. My wife and I recently went to Forest Hills Memorial Park in Palm City to make pre-arrangement plan. We were fortunate to meet Kasia Sendra, the family service counselor. She is very friendly and knowledgeable, very patient and presented to us the various options to meet our needs. She was absolutely not “pushy”, and did not try to sell more than what we want. The whole process and experience were easy and pleasant. We are 100% satisfied with her service, and would highly recommend her if you are thinking of making pre-arrangement plan.
