Greg Mirante was our sales associate … who was very kind and considerate . Needless to say , the subject matter can be difficult , but Greg took the time to explain everything with genuine sensitivity . His honesty was refreshing as he clearly was not a hard sell. We were treated with dignity .. it felt like we mattered as people …not as customers ! Thanks to Greg we know we will be well taken care of … when the time comes … a million years from now!!!!!

Excellent care from start to finish. The pre-funeral arrangements with Daniel were handled with compassion and professionalism. On the day of the service, our mom looked beautiful, and the team, especially Gina, was incredibly caring and supportive. Their kindness made a difficult day feel peaceful and dignified. They also took wonderful care of us when my dad passed years ago, and we remain deeply grateful.

I purchased a pre-paid burial for my mother about 8 yrs ago. She was living with me in Michigan and wanted to be buried next to my father at IJ Morris Star of David Cemetery in Florida. I was skeptical but after reading about the process I consented to prepay. This prepayment included preparation of the body and air transportation to Florida with further preparation in Florida. The burial was included and only the rabbi's services were not included. His selection was also made by IJ Morris. I felt that the entire staff was always attentive when I called and helped me arrange the funeral service. Many thanks to the staff and them Greg who helped me with the preparation of the footstool. The staff was quite accommodating, especially after learning that partners in an old contract were no longer in place. They made facilities available, shifting their plans and facility usage to help our family maintain the plans already made public. Thank you.
