HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! ONLY GAVE 1 STAR TO ALLOW POST. MY TRUE RATING IS ZERO!!!! NEGATIVE ZERO!!!! PLEASE IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY MEMBER STAY AWAY!!!! They were really quick to get the payment contracts signed to get paid from insurance companies, then every one disappeared!! No training,help, or comfort in the end. My family is so disappointed!!!! Medicare and the health department need to investigate how this place is run. MY opinion is find some place else. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! If anyone tries to talk you into using this company stand your ground and say NO NO NO!!!! We need to get the word out knowledge is power!!!!!
