Bradley and Alexia are the best. They truly care and in the medical field that’s a rare thing. They both have become like members of our family.

Horrific experience with Gentiva & its nurses & doctor. I do NOT recommend them. I have a terminal cases of scoliosis thats ive developed & will be my death in only 3yrs time. Ive already had 5 spine surgeries b4 the scoliosis over the past 25yrs. The social worker & chaplain i had were both wonderful that cudnt have been better. The most of time i was with them they kept me in withdrawals on top of pain. They didn't come close to helping me with pain relief it was torture. My Complex Critical Care Nurse is 1 of the most qualified in this country dealing with Scoliosis. She tried her best to help them treat my case well that offended them. I fired Gentiva & went with another company. This nurse definitely has the knowledge confidence & a wonderful bedside manor theres no comparison in the way they are treating my pain relief. Do Not waste a minute with this hospice. They tell u when they will b there 2 see u by about the 2nd or 3rd time telling u sum1 will show they wud. They wud b in & gone in a few minutes. I would constantly b reminding them the wknd was almost here & my pharmacy is closed on wknds every upcoming b wknd I qud have to make 2-3 calls, my caregivers wud have 2 call & my APRN wud have 2 call & calibrate them then they'd get mad. They wud show up count & recount pills & b gone. They had me in such horrific shape i cudnt sleep, eat just lay & shake in pain for days & days. They r horrible!

I would recommend Gentiva Hospice to anyone who is in need of hospice. I was my mom's full time caregiver she had ALS. Hospice brought help and support for us both. Everyone was so supportive and caring. My mom passed away in Jan. And I still am so thankful for the kindness we were shown! They can do so much more comfort care for your loved one than a regular doctor. Everything was done at the house no more Dr trip that cause her more pain than it was often worth. The chaplain was also so supportive. Our nurse was Brittany. Mom passed during snow storm but Britany was there with us no matter what the weather was. She is a special lady and we will always thankful for her compassion and guidance. We were so thankful for this team, we felt like we were not alone.

Gentiva Hospice has been such a blessing to me and those closest to me. They are kind, caring, patient, and “at the heart” of what they do… honest. From the moment I met Randi, she and the rest of the team have impressed me soooo much. They honestly give their all to their patients. They are not perfect, but I can tell you this… they care about service. It just takes a call and someone is always responsive. You couldn’t ask for a better company to help with the transition of a loved one.
