Ana, Nohely, and Janice were all extremely helpful with any questions I had. If one person I was in contact withbwasnt available, another person knew all about my situation and was easily able to pick up right where I left off. They made this whole process a lot easier. After losing a loved one who was in the area and I was quite a distance away from them, they made me feel at ease and took matters in their own hands. If you have difficulty being able to be on the phone (which I was due to owning a very busy business) they were very quick and prompt with all their email replies, within 10-20 minutes max. This funeral home provided an amazing experience during one of the hardest times of my life. Keila was compassionate, attentive, and incredibly supportive, even with many last-minute changes -she handled everything without hesitation and never made me feel like I was asking for too much. The ceremony was beautiful, and the military honors for my husband, who served in the Navy, including taps and the folding of the flag, were deeply moving. Keila also arranged a Zoom call just for my sister who couldn’t attend, which meant so much to our family. Everything was handled with dignity, care, and genuine kindness. I cannot say enough good things about the excellent experience I had working with Anna and Jacob at Crestwood! I've sadly had to deal with several funeral homes in the past and Crestwood by far is the best. From the first phone call speaking with Anna, to dealing with Jacob for the arrangements and the final process of receiving my loved ones ashes, they made the experience so much better than it would have been.
