Easy donation drop off spot. Backed right in!

Great place to drop off donations. Quick, easy in and out. Only 4 stars because the open hours are limited.

We brought our boxes and a fellow came out and helped us take them out of the car. It was very efficient

the older man who helped me wonderful, i pulled up and he was outside with a cart and helped me unload my car. i got to talking with him and he mentioned everything you donate to them stays in reno so that’s super cool too! i will be doing all of my donating here now

Young guy who was working was extremely rude and unprofessional. We donate here all the time and have never had a problem. We went in looking for someone, and found him hiding in the corner playing on his phone. We came out to the truck and said he couldn’t take our dresser because it wasn’t put together (we took drawers out to make it easier to carry). When I told him that, he said “that makes it not put together “. I said we’d put them back in once it was unloaded and as he was walking away he told me to hurry up. He is not a good representation of a wonderful organization. I’d seriously reconsider having him deal with people. It makes us not want to go back
