Useless. They provide no services for those in need. They will just pass your number off and you'll never hear a word

They were horrible to me. Mia hung up on me several times before actually taking my call and then was rude and took over three attempts to collect my email information, was not helpful and didn’t even send the information requested.

I had an excellent experience with United Way Tucson, thanks to their incredible support in helping me obtain my pre-employment requirements. Donna, in particular, was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. She ensured that I had everything I needed, making what could have been a stressful situation much easier to navigate. I'm truly grateful for their assistance and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of support. United Way Tucson is a wonderful resource for the community! Kay Patton

VITA run by Gina Nickerson is the worst. I have been trying to get my taxes figured out for about a year at this point. She actually lied to me, many times to just give me the run around but the best was when she had me waste an entire morning at the irs office saying that they accepted walk ins when they actually don’t. Then she said I was being rude so they would not be helping me. They real kicker is they never did anything but provide me w false/ misleading information so if that’s the goal there, way to go!

Started my taxes with them in 2018 one of their volunteers left mid file. Called them to try and finish it and got the run around. Tried to get in contact with them again recently spoke to a nice lady who never sent me the email to continue the process.. since then no one answers calls, or return your emails or call you back.
