If I could give this place zero stars, I would. They do not deserve even one star for the way they treated my brother and handled the situation so unprofessionally. I am absolutely furious with how this facility treated him. He followed every rule, stayed out of trouble, and did what was expected of him, yet they removed him over an accusation that was never proven. During a room check, a comment was allegedly made to a female staff member while he was standing with four other residents. There was no evidence of who actually said anything, but instead of conducting a fair investigation, they chose to single him out and make him the scapegoat. What makes this even worse is how it was handled—the director walked into his room while I was on the phone with him and told him he had 20 minutes to pack his belongings and leave. Twenty minutes. No warning. No conversation. No support in finding another placement—just cold, unprofessional treatment. If this is how they handle situations and treat residents who are trying to follow the rules, families should think very carefully before trusting this place with someone they love.

Rehabilitation center, re-entry program for transitioning inmates or on probation/ half-way house with a federal contract that help people's get back into the community. Why all the 4 monitors were sitting/standing in a booth ,whose job is to check the so call resident for weapons and contrabands just stayed in the booth. The point is,I was just let in without any search with 6 residents. I didn't realized until I left there was a No weapon sign and the weapon wand was just laying outside the booth. So not safe, so when you tell a person about a job that this is one of there duties make sure the employees are doing that as well. Protocol doesn't exist, stay safe!👍

As the most recent view stated this place is a nightmare if you have anything to do with the real world. I am trying to get my treatment started for terminal illness. I don't speak of it openly, it's my condition my privacy. The disrespectful children that work at front desk have no clue how to interact properly. The remaining staff all believe they are marshel's. The Instigate inflammatory communication, they lie directly to you then turn and discuss it amongst themselves how to document the vehemently intentional personal attack on you. Most are far to young and inexperienced to be working here. We come from prison not playgrounds.

A poorly ran facility, operated by counselors who barely provide help and support for recently released inmates. They are NOT working here to assist people with re-entry into society, and they negatively impact the people being housed here through made up/unwritten rules. People with power and control issues shouldn't be working in programs and places like these. I feel horrible for anybody being housed here, especially considering that some of the people here would rather be back in prison because of the stress this facility induces.

Having lived through some trying times, I have first hand experience with a variety of transitional living environments. Simply put: this is one of the best. Great staff, an empathetic and supportive environment, clean and updated atmosphere and great food. Don't listen to naysayer until you see for yourself.
