It’s been good for me to share family situations and other life‘s challenges with John. It’s my first experience with a counselor, and the sessions have been very beneficial.

Jessica Kyle was absolutely amazing! From day one, she made me feel safe, heard, and truly supported. Her kindness and gentle approach made EMDR a powerful and life-changing experience for me. I’ve seen progress and I’m so grateful for her care and dedication. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Thriveworks is an absolute nightmare when it comes to billing and customer service! Our insurance covers a certain number of sessions and Gave us an EAP code to give to the therapist before our first session (for my daughter), ***which we did***. We got billed for every session with increasing amounts and by the time we realized (about 6 weeks in) my daughter had turned 18 and they would no longer talk to me even though she's covered under it insurance and we set everything up. Even when we did get my daughter involved in the phone calls to "authorize" information since she was an adult, we're STILL running into issues with them continuing to try to bill us!!! Unbelievable!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD TO KEEP IN FILE!!! While I did get a few refunds owed, I am not paying them any more money since we stopped going but THEY CONTINUE TO BILL US! HOW ARE PEOPLE SUPPOSED TO GET THERAPY THAT IS COVERED BY INSURANCE IF THEY DON'T BILL CORRECTLY AND LITERALLY TAKE MONEY WE DON'T HAVE?! SHAME ON YOU THRIVEWORKS!!!!

This office is a scam. They booked us for an appt. in Knoxville. The address is a bar. When I called they then told me the appt was over two hours away and charged me a cancellation fee despite abundant proof that we were told and indeed went to the false address. The provider was then no longer on the site so I am included to believe that at least some of these profiles are false. I was then told that they would waive the fee if I rescheduled. Reschedule where? At the fake office or the one two hours away? Who knows! They couldn't even get my name right in the response email. Why is trying to find a mental health provider impossible in Knoxville?! Its absurd!

Absolutely loved working with Krystal. She was patient, calm, knowledgable, and professional. She is a somatic therapist and she knows her stuff. I was self-soothing and able to cope better within days of working with her. She made me feel seen and helped me create a safety plan that worked for me.
