Rachelle is incredible at what she does and is passionate about her clients. She's always looked out for my best interests and actively will suggest if you need less therapy as you're overcoming your challenges. She is funny, kind, and approachable. You cannot ask for more from a therapist. If you are on the fence about mental health, I bet this practice will change your mind. They are also affordable as well. Other places feel more like you're a number in line, but not here. Good luck, and happy healing.

My husband and I have been seeing Rachelle for about a year now. She has been wonderful in helping us navigate our first year as parents. We always walk away from our sessions feeling lighter and more connected than when we came in. I’ve been to therapy before but what I love about Rachelle’s style is that she gives tangible advice, helps you set goals and how you get there and she does it with a great sense of humor. I’ve been going to Rachelle for about 6 months and love it. I don’t open up to people well, especially about personal issues. From the first session I could tell that I was very comfortable and could be myself. I am able to speak freely without a filter. Her sense of humor and responses respond well to my personality. I have a crazy work schedule and she is always so accommodating to any changes I may have, inlcluding being 700 miles away. These sessions I look forward to. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
