Our family trusted Alabama Hospice with our mother’s end-of-life care, and we were appalled by the unacceptable standard of care she received. The complete lack of oversight, compassion, and basic patient safety was devastating. I strongly urge any family searching for a hospice provider to look elsewhere immediately. Avoid their services at all costs to protect your loved ones from the gross mistreatment ours was subjected to.

Blown away by the compassion and professionalism of everyone we met with Alabama Hospice. They prepared us for every step of our journey and took fantastic care of my grandfather in his last days. Would give them 10 stars if i could!

So far they are awesome. The nurses are great and so are the people that work in the office. So so glad Melissa Mcelroy kept calling me to get my 91 year old mother connected with comfort care. Since than she has gained a few problems and they have accomadatted our needs 100 percent. An extremely hard time for families and they are right there with you the whole journey through.
