Like most folks, I kept putting off creating an estate plan. I really didn't know what to do or how to go about it; and like most everyone else, I dreaded the thought of having to deal with my own mortality. But Will Robinson made the whole process so simple and straight forward. I started out not knowing what to expect, but Will took the time to walk me through my options, he listened to my wants and needs and together we developed a go forward plan. I selected a Revolvable Living Trust but they have options for just about any situation. The process of developing the estate plan was handled entirely by emails and phone calls. Will was very helpful, and very patient, throughout the whole process, and the only time I had to leave home was when I went to the CMS law offices to sign the finished documents, and have them witnessed and notarized. The whole process exceeded my expectations and I can't say enough good things about Will and the entire CMS team. If your thinking about creating your own estate plan, you can't, and won't, go wrong with the CMS Law Firm.

I couldn't be happier with the clear and timely communication during the process of creating my Revocable Trust. There is no question about the thoroughness or experience that Chris and his team have with Estate Planning. They took the time to answer all my questions/doubts and I really thought the process would take much longer and be more of a hassle. I definitely think it could have been with a different firm. My friends (out of state) have RLTs and it took months and $1500 more than I paid with CMS. Chris even did the title change for my home (small extra cost, but they did all the footwork with King County and did it right away!). Again, I could not be more satisfied and I'm not one to tolerate ineptitude when I have contracted a service. Professional through and through!
