I am very happy with the Philadelphia Flower Company. I live in Michigan, and my parents (both in their 90’s) live in Philly. My parents and I are very pleased with the flower arrangements that I have sent their way. The Easter 🐣/ Springtime arrangement is beautiful 💐 I feel so much more confident with their beautiful and efficient services. Thank you! 😊

This company handled my mom's funeral four days ago, and the flowers were a total disgrace. My family and friends shelled out a lot of money for the flowers you guys showed in the obituary, but they were all dead in three days and looked nothing like the pictures. Instead, they were packed with cheap flowers, and one even had silk carnations in it! Seriously, a disgrace. The live green plants were half dead and were supposed to be an oval basket with several plants, but it was just a small round basket with a couple of plants and carnations, really! Then, a friend sent me flowers from here to my house, and they were left at my door in 12-degree freezing weather. I found them hours later. Unacceptable! See photos!! To the owner! Number 3 the yellow flowers was too delivered to the funeral by you!!!!! Purchased on line as well as the others. Funny doesn't look a thing lime 150.00 arrangement does it? And if you read the photos the red and white arrangement says "all that is left of 10 arrangements" meaning only flowers alive all put in 1 vase!!! There were to of the planted baskets, half the size, nothing was communicated. And silk flowers used as filler! What a disgrace. As for the frozen ones, yes they were your flowers. Call you, you told me it was the delivery company's problem, call Door Dash.

I called friday and Chris made me a wristlet/Rose pin for my jacket for the Father/Daughter the same day! It looked beautiful and the price was perfect! I would recommend them everytime! Thank You Chris for helping me out in a pinch.

We went in on very short notice for funeral flowers and they had a big wedding on the same day, but they were so kind and were able to squeeze our order in. The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time. I will continue using them for all future flower orders and I highly recommend.
