I recently purchased a premium floral arrangement from Teleflora which outsources to local Florists to make the delivery. As the first picture indicates, I ordered a deluxe, beautiful arrangement. When the person delivered to my house using Ring camera, I realize that the arrangement was tiny in comparison to what I had ordered. She replied I am from Ambler floral shop and I’m just a delivery person. I cannot comment on the arrangement. I submitted pictures to Teleflora and they issued a 50% refund. However, when you order a specific arrangement, you should receive the specific arrangement, not an arrangement that totaled less than half of what I ordered. As I said, the woman did say she’s from Ambler floral shop, and I could only go by what she told me. While highly unlikely, it is conceivable she was a delivery person for multiple florists and misspoke as to which floral shop these came from, but that seems less likely

The customer service is unparalleled, and the flowers are lovely! Come for the flowers, stay for Finnegan the Cat. You can buy by the stem and arrange yourself, or get a tiny succulent friend, or create a flower crown. Go check out out. It's an Ambler gem.

Had an amazing experience doing a private event, our monthly Moms Night Out with the MOMS club of ambler. We created beautiful floral arrangements. Gene was an amazing host and truly made the experience fun yet informative. Highly recommend this beautiful flower shop and attending one of their many monthly events!

Had an awesome time at the flower shop creating arrangements for my mom’s retirement party! Gene was incredible—his communication leading up to the event was clear and helpful, and he was so welcoming, even letting us set up a few decorations. Making the flower arrangements was such a fun experience, and the shop smelled amazing (of course!). The space had such a charming, personal touch—it made the day feel really special. Highly recommend!

We want to extend a huge thank you to Ambler Flower Shop for hosting an incredible Friendship Day 2024! The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and the booking process was so easy. With a large group, attention to detail was crucial, and the Ambler Flower Shop went above and beyond. Every one of the ladies in our group had an absolutely fantastic time! Special thanks to Clover, our wonderful teacher, who guided us through creating beautiful centerpieces. While we enjoyed snacks and wine, Clover and Gene were hard at work packaging each centerpiece for us to take home. They made sure everything was perfect for us. Jackie and I have a tradition of planning Friendship Day, and every year, our friends say we outdo ourselves. Thanks to Gene and Clover, this year was no exception! We couldn't have shined brighter.
