Everyone was great with our Mother. They made sure she was comfortable along with that we did not have any questions and we were comfortable. The nurses, aides and doctors are very compassionate. Each day I showed up they had her clean and in a new gown. She passed in their care and did not suffer. Thank you for doing what you do.

They marked my mom as deceased, admitted they did it because of new computer system and everything was backwards from what they were used too! Then they denied it when we tried to get help from them to fix the problem. My mom was very much alive with social security cutoff no medicaid or medicare! Horrible!!!! We thought we fixed the problem.after a year and then another condolence letter came. Finally called Charlie Christ’s office and they fixed it fast! This is not the only problem we had! Now they are supporting a trunk or treat at Anderson McQueen Funeral Home in St. Pete Fl. Weird, a little ghoulish and unnecessary! VERY INSENSITIVE! If I had a love one at that funeral home, and we have, with a large skeleton out front and trunk or treat sign I would move my loved one somewhere else! Empath Hospice and Anderson McQueen do better.

My wife passed away today under hospice care. I want to thank all the hospice care team for caring and helping my wife. She was never in any pain and was kept comfortable the whole time. You are truly God's angels! Thank you again God bless all of you.

This staff is truly amazing. They have and continue to treat my dear friend Phillip like he is a member of their family. They not only take care of the patient, they also look after the friends and family members. They have been a huge blessing for us in a difficult time. I am grateful for each and every one of the employees there.
