Colorado Palliative & Hospice Care of Colorado Springs

If it was an option to rate this company with 0 stars I absolutely would. A relative of mine recently left due to the new management that has taken over. They were left in the dark on multiple occasions, left without care, and when they would finally get in contact with someone they were met with no sympathy. The lack of human decency this company is now lacking is truly astonishing. When families reach out to hospice companies they are looking for compassion, communication and assurance. None of which will be brought if you go with this company. Please save yourself the precious time that you have and go with someone else.

It’s hard for me to believe that there are so many negative reviews about this business? They have been extremely professional thus far during the ongoing care of my mom.

Everyone in Colorado palliative care has been spectacular. I see They need updated reviews and I’m going to start first. My mom fell twice and died within 12 days. She was almost 94. They were so caring so kind sent wonderful nurses wonderful bathers wonderful CNAs wonderful chaplains. I was fortunate that I had Care already set up and I was using it. When my mom passed, I called one of the nurses and two nurses came out and cleaned her and changed her and called the funeral home. It was absolutely amazing and they stayed with us until the funeral home came. Don’t hesitate. These people are superstars in my book.

During my husband's last few months before he passed, he was under the care of Colorado Palliative and Hospice Care of Colorado Springs Home Care. The entire staff that was involved in helping him and our family through this difficult time made a big difference. We appreciated having all the knowledgeable care, medical guidance, and help they gave him. And the support they gave me ( wife and primary caregiver) and our entire family.

Wonderful care by your staff for the nearly 2 months that my sister was under your care. Head nurse, Leslie Boroughs, and nursing assistant, Aisha Sawyer, treated my sister as if she were their sister. I could not have asked for more caring and loving help during this most stressful time. Thank you dearly.
