In response to the Maynard review, if I did not deliver an arrangement that was sent thru a wire service, then I refused the order for some reason and it was the wire service's responsibility to find another florist to fill the order. I have never had an order that I accepted that I did not deliver. I am sorry you did not receive the flowers you expected but it is the online wire services that are making all the money, not the individual florist. Please, please, call a local florist and speak to them directly to place important orders. That is the only way you can assure your order will be delivered.

The flower basket for my brother-in-law’s service was gorgeous. I ordered them by phone, I’m in Birmingham, and the picture she sent this morning showed fresh red and white flowers with an Alabama ribbon to celebrate his love of all things Bama. Thank you so much for your work. Darlene

4 Hearts Flowers are the best in Mobile. The designs are amazing. She has fast service and BEAUTIFUL arrangements. She is kind and sweet and goes out of her way to make sure her customers are happy and well please. She delivers amazing service and I would recommend her over any florist in Mobile and surrounding areas.

I live out of town so I ordered flowers to be delivered for my brother-in-laws funeral. The wire order went to 4 Hearts Flowers. Well embarrassingly the flowers were never delivered!! I was told the flowers would be delivered to my sisters resident. Well that never happened either!! In my opinion they have a very good scam going on. I mean how many people ordering from out of town is going to know the flowers are not delivered. Win win for them!! Money and don't deliver the flowers!! I found out it happened the same to someone else that ordered flowers from out of town. The same florist was supposed to deliver their order. Flowers were a no show!! How much is that, $400 to the good for them? Beware when ordering flowers when they are wired to another florist. Make sure you check to see if they get where they are supposed to go.

I called this morning to simply get a corsage and pin on for my girlfriend and I...and the staff here was so helpful. They went out of their way to order exactly what i needed..and was even able to complete my purchase over the phone. Great service! Thanks!
