Affinity Hospice Care

Affinity Hospice was truly an amazing support to us in the care of my father. We met Grace at Stanford Hospital, in October, after my father had decided to be discharged on hospice. She made sure everything was completed quickly and all of his equipment was already at his home when we returned back to the Central Valley. Every nurse, caregiver, provider, and office staff was knowledgeable and showed my father and our family so much kindness and care! He was given one week to live, but with their aid, my father lived 90 days, days that he was so happy to be home and no longer in and out of the hospital. I can confidently recommend their company to anyone looking for aid in the final days of their loved one!

I transferred my Lola from another hospice care to Affinity. We should have done it a lot sooner. Roy and his caring and compassionate team took great care of my grandma. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, they treated my loved one like she was family. Not every hospital or other facilities have good bedside manner like this place does. When she passed away, the head nurse took care of everything from calling Chapel of the Chimes to pick her up, ensuring billing was accurate, and even following up with me months later to see how my family was doing. I really appreciated their services and excellent care.
