Angel Palliative Care was recommended to us by friends, and we are so grateful we got to meet Lena. She explained everything to us in a very simple and clear way, which made the whole process much easier for our family. She sent us wonderful nurses, Natasha and Marlene. They were both so caring and truly tried their best while taking care of our grandmother. Natasha helped our grandmother with so much tenderness, patience, and respect. We are very thankful for all the support, guidance, and kindness we received from Angel Palliative Care. Highly recommend them.

Lena and her team were most helpful to our family arranging for my father's care. Natasha, the nurse, is very knowledgeable and very kind, not only she cares for the patient but also provides support to the whole family. She and the Angel team brought all the necessary supplies for care, provided very detailed instructions to caregivers and family members and we were connected to the chat over the phone 24/7. Angel Palliative Care and Hospice supported our family during one of the hardest moments of our lives; making it possible for us to spend the time we needed with my father-in-law as his health declined. APCH handled all the logistics including medical equipment, medications, and coordination so he could be comfortable at home. From the very first call with Lena, she clearly explained how hospice worked and what to expect. Within just three days, Lena and her team had coordinated everything needed to bring my father-in-law home from the hospital. Their communication was exceptional. They created a family group text so we could always stay informed about his care. Yana, the head nurse, was incredibly professional and compassionate, and the emotional support provided by the entire Angel Palliative Care team helped our family get through an unimaginably difficult time with far more peace and confidence than we thought possible.

Highly, highly recommend! Finding the right care for a loved one is such a heavy responsibility, but APC made a difficult time so much easier for my family. They helped my grandma, Anna, and I truly cannot recommend them highly enough. From the start, the team was incredibly professional and organized. All the necessary equipment and medications were provided with perfect accuracy and timing, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. You can tell this is an excellent team that really works together and supports one another; there was always someone available to help us whenever we needed it. What really stood out was their responsiveness during an emergency. We had a frightening moment when my grandma’s CO2 levels dropped, and my mom called them in a panic. In less than an hour, they had someone at the house to fix and replace the pipes, and her levels returned to normal immediately. They were always reachable and super responsive, which provided our family with much needed peace of mind.
