The Sciolto family was professional and patient as they guided me through this emotional process. Their special care created a final project that was indeed very handsome. I couldn’t be happier with the final results. I highly recommend their company.

Working with this company to update a headstone from 4 hours away in upstate New York. My only request was to have a picture taken when the work was completed due to health concerns of the last living direct family member. Got a phone call, no picture and when I called and emailed them they told me the engraver didn’t take a picture. Very disappointing!

Please do yourself a favor, save your time and money and do business elsewhere. I've had to witness my best friend struggle with the death of his father to only then have to struggle with this unethical business, it's unprofessionalism and lack of empathy for their customers. It's been almost two years since we ordered/paid for stone for his father's grave site and we have NOTHING! Every time we call (if they pick up the phone) we get conflicting stories. No one knows what's going on, no one can tell us when we'll receive what we paid for. No one! If you want hassle free and honest business dealings then go elsewhere. This has been such a hard time in our lives and they've only made it harder. Shame on them!

This place is very untimely and unprofessional. Our family has been waiting over a year and a half for our stone. We provided our deposit and barely heard back from them with updates, we called many times and hardly got anyone to answer the phone. We had to go in person to get answers. A year and a half later and our loved one still has no stone at their grave site, they have no care for this sensitive period in people’s lives. Please try to find another company to do business with!
