Actually, zero stars! They ruined our appx 2500lb family monument! When engraving the latest year of death, they put the wrong year - off by 2 decades and not aligned with all the other death years previously engraved; it stands out and looks Horrible! Final outcome: Linda was rude and unprofessional! Even though she was told simply fixing the one digit would NOT be acceptable, it was done anyway (before we could hire someone else), making it impossible to fix all four digits to be in alignment now. Stanley Granite: dishonorable, unethical, and disrespectful!

This company is truly outstanding. They did an exceptional job on my son Jackson’s stone—it’s absolutely beautiful and exactly what I envisioned, down to every detail. The staff was incredibly compassionate and understanding, going above and beyond to accommodate our family’s wishes and support us through the process.

Very unprofessional service. No communication or call backs. Had to keep calling them for updates. Almost 6 months. Went to another service. Got it done with communication in 2 weeks.. If I could give it a half star I would. Very disappointed

Surprisingly rude and uncooperative. Almost a bit crazy. Short and unfriendly. Family member wanted to use them, closest to us. We all regretted it. Just cant believe someone in this of all businesses is so mean! do not recommend.

I asked to have the date of death cut on my Mothers headstone. All the other lettering had been hand cut, including my fathers information. They were hesitant, as it would not match. After looking into hand cutting, finding it would cost thousands of dollars, I went back to Stanley. I could not be more happy with my decision! I am so relieved, it looks just wonderful. I would not hesitate to use this wonderful company again.
