Excellent and professional. Caring and compassionate! Augustus helped me with pick up. He was supportive and kind! I really appreciate the experience. My brother passed away 4 years ago and we had a good experience with that cremation as well but this one was handled even better. I appreciated the communication most!

When dealing the with the loss of my sister, Kramer Cremation was amazing! We had used them previously when my husband passed away. Both times the people were kind and empathetic. Augustus was truly attentive and kind. In a terribly sad situation the people at Kramer were comforting and nice to work with. Would highly recommend.

They have affordable pricing, amazing customer service, email and text updates about progress of the entire process and got our loved one cremated in a very timely fashion. I work with elderly clients and I am recommending Kramer to all of them! My loved one didn’t have an end of life plan, but some people do.
