I've been calling different funeral homes this one needs to work on customer service by far the rudest and most unhelpful

Update as of March 20th:
I filed a complaint with the Colorado board of funeral directors and embalmers yesterday (March 19th) and immediately following received shipping information for my mother's remains. If this is what is necessary for this company to be forced to do their job, then I would assume they have no right performing these types of sensitive services.

I am still waiting for this place to send my mothers ashes and death certificates 20 days after paying for the shipping service they provide. No email contact, nothing. I am updating my review to one start since these people are clearly inept at their job. I guess you get what you pay for. Go somewhere else or have additional grief caused by this company. Maybe the Colorado board of funeral directors and embalmers needs to be contacted to motivate these people to do their job correctly. What despicable conduct for a funeral service company.
Also, some clarity about the complaint below. I sent two additional emails requesting additional death certificates and any actual response to my emails, and received absolutely no communication. I don't think I have ever actually received an email response from this company, only form emails.

Cheap service but absolutely no communication beyond the initial communication associated with submitting payment. I had selected too few death certificates, emailed the company just a day or two after submitting the form, and received absolutely no communication about needing more death certificates. Considering that they may be busy, I waited for some communication on this. Two weeks later, I had to call and was informed that my request for additional death certificates was completely ignored and that I would have to go to the state of CO for additional copies. The person claimed that they changed funeral directors in the last week and that was the cause of this complete failure of their service. I would recommend not allowing this company to make your experience worse with their inept service.

Please ask for Augustus when you come and pick up your loved one he's so sweet and so sensitive to your loved one I'm telling you they are the best cremation funeral home ever I give them $100,000 stars trust me you will not regret it. Augustus is the best......💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯

I just want to say THANK YOU! my son passed away in 2021 you guys were AMAZING KIND COMPASSIONATE CARING. I have a friend who just lost his son and all he wants is some time with his son before he is cremated. I wish I had known a head of time cause I would of sent them your way. Unfortunately there son is at a mortuary in Golden and he has been told 899.00 to see his son before he is cremated that is UNBELIEVABLE TO ME and it's 599.00 if there was no autopsy performed, I'm so discussed with that mortuary. You guys took care of it all took the time to make it happen for me and Iam so GRATEFUL TO YOU FOR THAT. A gesture of kindness goes a long long way. As parents the fact that we are even having to bury our child is hard enough but to be told 899.00 to see them 1 last time I can't even wrap my head around. You may be a low cost mortuary but YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH PRICELESS. I CAN UNDERSTAND IF THERE IS MULTIPLE PEOPLE THAT WANT TO VIEW THE BODY BUT IF IT IS A PARENT A MOTHER OR A FATHER JUST TO SAY GOODBYE THAT IS SO SAD TO ME THAT THEY ARE THAT MONEY HUNGRY AND PROFITING OFF OF A VERY SAD AND UNFORTUNATE SITUATION BETWEEN A PARENT AND THERE CHILD. I can't thank you enough for allowing me closure with my son before his cremation there are no words to even say what that meant to me. I'm going to make a note of this awareness on FB in the most respectful way I can be, there are to many parents burying there child to be stricken with that answer when asked to see and say goodbye 1 last time.

Kayla was very kind and compassionate. She answered all my questions, adjusted urn arrangements for me and gave my family extra time to spend with my brother. The facility was very clean and calming. We were able to play the music we wanted while viewing. I highly recommend kramer for affordable cremation!
