Service doesn't get any worse than this. It has been over a year trying to get a headstone for my father's grave. Messages go unanswered and when you are finally graced with a response, there is a never-ending list of excuses for the delays. I'm at my wit's end and still have no idea when or if we'll get his headstone. Take your business anywhere else but here.

Having used this company before with success, I ordered my Mothers headstone Dec. 18, 2023. I started checking on status in April. Ms. Mobley said she would try for Mother's Day, but no success. From then on I'd check about every 2-3 weeks. She would never give me a status. I made at least 6 - 7 trips the the place. From her personal sickness, to down time and everything else. The last time she said I had 2 to 3 people ahead of me. In about 3 weeks, it was another excuse, but the tech had never received any paperwork on my mother's headstone. Now its September. Having seen, the For Sale sign and still no status could be given me, I asked for my money back and she agreed. I got my money the said day. Now I have to start over with this timely process. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH MS MOBLEY AGAIN. Something is wrong there. Stay away!!!!! From December 2023 to September, 2024 I'm Done with the incompetence of Ms. Mobley.

Made a $2500 deposit February 2023. I spoke with the owner twice since then. I received an email requesting a payment for the balance of my order. The owner called stating it was a scam. I then spoke to her again asking for a draft of my order. No response. My Godmother has been in an Unmarked grave for over a year. I do not recommend this company. They’re quick to take your money an that’s it.

Ordered headstone for my mother two weeks ago and have not received a contract yet. Made a cash deposit, expected a little more confirmation on my order. I understand that the order will take about 4 to 5 months but expect written agreement by now. Consumer service went through well at least during the initial payment. Looking forward to hearing from them soon.

I don't know how she got all these fake 5 star reviews. But they are FAKE. Must be for all her white customers. Because we as a black family has been getting disrespectful service. Non commutation. Bad business. No respect for the dead. My family purchased a headstone from here in March 2021. Was claimed to be ready and down by my grandmother's bday on Halloween. That didn't happen claimed still backed up from COVID. Was promised it will be ready for New Year 2022. That didn't happened. She told us it will be ready for my grandmother's 1 year death date. That didn't happen by that time we were asking for a refund. Then in September 2022 we had another death in our family and she said she will give us a deal for 2 headstones to be done by the year end. Here it is over 2 years since we first paid her it's still no headstone. All these white people leaving good reviews. Ask a brother cause our experience has been hurtful. We don't even want the money back. We really want a headstone 😢😢😢. Updated on 092023. Still NO headstone 🪦. Updated again on 100223. Still no headstone 🪦 and my grandmother birthday is on Halloween 🎃😭😭😭
