Couldn’t have been more pleased.

I cannot say enough about how helpful Susan at Norfolk Monument Company was in working with me on my husband’s headstone. From the moment I entered their doors with my simple drawing to the completion of her final and professional drawing, I came to know how dedicated Susan is to her work. Out of the countless image choices that she presented to me for review, Susan went above and beyond to find exactly what I was seeking to honor my husband. And she was incredibly patient with the many subtle changes I requested along the way that would make it “just perfect.” In addition, Susan realizes this is a difficult task for those of us who are grieving and was empathetic and understanding. There were even moments of humor which greatly lifted my “Spirits;)” I highly recommend Norfolk Monument Company, Susan, and their very skilled engravers to assist you in creating a beautiful and lasting tribute to your loved one. In my case it was to honor “the love of my life.”

I had an excellent experience with Norfolk Monument Company considering the circumstances. I made an initial visit to view the location of the store, the stones, prices, and the necessary information needed to complete my order. The young lady was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the gravesite stones. Upon return, we sat down to complete my order for my mother's and father's stone. We made several changes which required her to rewrite the order form. Together, we created a beautiful, respectful stone to honor my parents. The order was paid in full in December 2024 and the stone was placed on the graves in August 2025. I would highly recommend the Norfolk Monument Company for their professionalism, their patience during the process, and the quality of their work.

The customer service was nonexistent. When complete payment is done upon our engraving order., the last thing a family should have to do is make repeated calls to the company to finish the job as promised. Upon completion, their work was substandard and misaligned. Our final tribute to our mother was treated with mediocrity by Norfolk Monument.

Our family uses this establishment often for our love ones head stones. I'm really greatful to them. We used them for my brother Head Stone 3 years ago and now for my mother. He was sooooo Caring and Understanding. He helped walk me through the process for my mother all over again very respectful very respectful he's patient I did payment plans for my brother and I did a partial payment plan for my mother and today I went in there with the last installment for my mother's headstone and it is PAID IN FULL ‼️‼️and ready to be placed down. I am so happy and truly blessed for all those that came my way to help me and Norfolk Monument Cemetery they are a Godsend from Heaven ❤️🥰 I thank you, I thank you, I thank you and may the HEAVENS CONTINUE to shine upon you always. 🙏🏾 Love Always GREATFUL ❤️
