I've had the pleasure of working with Carolyn since 2024. She is incredibly professional, warm, and dedicated to creating a welcoming, serene space for everyone who visits. I need to shout this practice from the rooftops! Jenna is a PHENOMENAL therapist and wonderful partner in mental health. Working with her has completely changed my life. She has a wealth of knowledge that she weaves into sessions with a beautiful combination of levity (when needed) and seriousness. She treats every ounce of vulnerability with respect and kindness. This practice is the real deal, and if you are on the fence, I hope you give it a try.

I really enjoyed the mindful moment because it allowed me to be still and one with self. Taking a moment for myself is self care and I need to do more. This session was relaxing and calmed my nerves. I will definitely join another session ASAP!
