In a moment that was very hard for our family with loss of my mother, the staff at Buxeda made it a very easy and thougjtful process. Thanks to everyone involved!

We felt an exceptional level of care and attention to detail throughout the entire process. From beginning to end, every step was handled with compassion, professionalism, and genuine dedication, making a difficult time much more manageable for our family. Shakira Roldan, Mr. Rafael Rosado, thank you… we have no words to express our gratitude for your excellent service. We cannot fail to mention the embalmer, who did an exceptional job. Our gratitude is infinite.

The staff were professional, caring, helpful and understanding. The location was well air-conditioned. The chapel was peaceful. These are very difficult moments and their team made the process more comfortable. There is a delicious restaurant downstairs that was a convenient place to go and take a break.

We have chosen Buxeda for years but today, for my cousin’s service, I was very disappointed; bathrooms near the chapel where the service took place were not open, there was not a sign to guide us to the other bathrooms that were not wheelchair available. I went downstairs to advice customer service and he was dismissive while saying he would let the janitor know, but our 2+ hrs service ended and nothing happened. I had to use the bathroom with the door open hoping no one else would enter, they had a broken hand dryer and no paper towels available, and I had to change my baby on top of the sink because they did not have a baby changing station. They use the word “DIGNITY” as their logo and name, but that was the least that I had today. This is not the kind of support you want in moments like these…
