My mother died in the hospital there after getting sick on a cruise. It was a very difficult situation. Having to make arrangements in Puerto Rico and not being from there. Eric the owner was wonderful. He made sure that everything was taken care of and notified us when moms remains were ready, He also put a rush on for us so that I could fly down and pick up her ashes to get them back in time for her funeral mass. He even met me when Google maps got me lost. I couldn't have asked for any better service or help. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their service

If you choose this funeral home (based on my experience) I would consider the following:
Make sure you have the direct phone number of at least one of the directors as your messages might not be relayed, nor questions answered.
The reception/admin folks seemed incapable, out of the loop, or just disinterested in helping. Perhaps it wasn't their job. This general demeanor coupled with their unprofessional attire made us hesitant to engage with them. We used the direct #'s we had obtained.
Another reason to have someone's direct number is that the main phones listed on their Google page might go unanswered. At some point you will be disconnected. There was no voicemail.
They don't have a website to obtain photos of the chapels or any other useful information contained on a website. There's a link to Facebook on their Google page. It serves no purpose. This link will not lead you to the funeral home information.
If you choose to print the memorial booklet and/or have the digital presentation make sure to ask about the format, quality of the pics, graphic resolution, and other specifics they require.
We were told that only one person handles print/digital services so if it's his day off do not expect a reply or assistance from anyone else regardless of time sensitivity. Ultimately he was the most helpful and responsive person there. Thank you Yomar.
The digital presentation is on a TV screen in the corner of the chapel much like a doctor's office. That's your only option. There is no projector. My family really enjoyed the TV presentation. It was a nice touch.
Other than that the chapel was nice and prices are comparable to other local funeral homes.

Typical cemetery with good facilities and is all service business.

Do you homework before using this business. I don’t recommend. I payed a service back in December 2019 and here we are 2020 and 3 phone calls still no service.
Very disappointed.

They did such a beautiful job on my mother. I was shocked when I returned a year and a half later to find they had done nothing more. We paid 10,000 dollars up front for tomb stone and other things we wanted and nothing was done. After talking to them they assured me they would get started in 6 months. 8 months later they assured me in 2 weeks they will start. It is now 3 weeks later and they will not answer my calls and have not started the work. We live in the States and are heartbroken 💔
