Georgia Hopsice, was the worse experience for my 95 year old mom. These women complained that my mom was verbally abrusive. My mom doesn’t use harsh language and has never been a racist, we have a mixed family, but the three women that came out had nasty attitudes. The last friday y’all were with my mom. I heard the aid saying If I was yelling at you you’d know it. Well I know it because when I heard how she was yelling at my mom, I Even tried calling my mom the phone rang about 5 or 6 times. The aid stood in the doorway and didn’t even attempt to help my mother get the phone. If workers don’t want to travel a distance to work then say so. At 95 years old if she asks for you to dry her top before continuing what’s the problem. If I didn’t have those cameras I never would have known how unprofessional these ladies were. The nurse Ian was just as bad until I told her about the camera. Peaceful Purpose Hospice, Ga.. Omgoodness they’re so compassionate. Totally different attitudes.

There is a real life earth angel that works here and her name is Nishundra. I could never say enough good things about her. She is extremely patient and compassionate and approaches nursing the old fashion way that you never see anymore. She took excellent care of my mom. Jack was amazing as well. He comforted me with beautiful prayer when I needed it most. He has a very calming spirit. I appreciated Jennifer for her compassion when she came to pronounce my mom. She ask questions that needed to be ask and helped to change my mom before the funeral home arrived. I appreciated her for taking her time as well. Rodney took very good care of my dad and was patient and took his time with my family when he came to pronounce my dad. He answered our questions at all times and was very compassionate. There were a few ups and downs with aides but overall, I highly recommend this company. My dad passed away in May and 67 days later, my mom passed away in July.

They are phenomenal, attentive, caring, and VERY supportive to the patient and family! Rodney was the BEST nurse we could’ve of asked for, he never made us feel like we were a burden if we called or asked questions! Carol was also the BEST CNA, she was very attentive, never forced my grandma to wash up, she would always rub her hands and feet for her which made her VERY happy! Rodney and Carol make a AMAZING team!

GHC is the main hospice company that comes in my facility I work at so when I needed care for my mom I knew exactly who to call. Jackie Lee, Stephanie, Shannon and Jack were the main people my mom saw and she loved them all. She met Jefferey a couple of times but she loved him too. (My mom was not an easy client at first) She looked forward to seeing them and talking to them because to her they became her family. We received the best care and I knew my mom was well cared for. Even after my mom’s death all the workers have stayed in touch and made sure we were ok. I will always recommend this hospice company over any other one and I have seen plenty of companies care for my clients at work. Thank you all for treating us like family and taking great care of us at our times of need.
