Olive Branch

I ordered a bouquet for my mother on the night of February 13th and picked it up on the night of the 14th. They called me before closing to let me know that it was ready and that were are closing soon. I sent my sister to pick it up and it came out beautifully!! They let her in a couple of minutes after closing to pick it up. Thank you for making Valentine's day special!! This bouquet featured is "light and sweet".

I ordered flowers over the phone from Texas Friday the 22nd of March to be delivered to my sister on Saturday the 23rd of March. The ordering process was simple and my information along with my sister’s was verified including the address that the flowers were going to be delivered to. I received photos of the final bouquet on Saturday afternoon before they were delivered and they were beautiful. Around 6:17pm I received a call from my sister that two ladies came to her place with flowers because they had been delivered to the wrong address. The flowers were not damaged but I paid for delivery and the address was confirmed. The shop was closed already but I called and left a voicemail on the phone that text me the completed bouquet. I called at 11am on Monday the 25th due to not receiving a call back at all. The young lady I spoke to was nice but even after asking for a manager she would not get on the phone. I heard the manager in the background asking questions but she never got on the phone. I was not calling for a delivery refund, even though that is what should have happened but the customer service should have been better since I have ordered from them before. This is just a teachable moment.

Ordered online for a friend in Clinton. Wasn't expecting to get a text of the beautiful flowers and they accommodated a last minute request for an early delivery. Great customer service.

These people went above and beyond for us. Another florest canceled on us last min the day before a funeral. I called Olive branch and they put together a beautiful spray with almost no notice and met us because the funeral was outside their delivery range. So thankful for what they pulled together for us!

Over the years, I have ordered (and received) several floral arrangements from The Olive Branch. Each order has completely exceeded my expectations! The flowers are always fresh, beautifully arranged, and last much longer than you would expect. Aside from flowers, they also have many unique gift ideas (especially around Christmas).
