More Than Flowers

My son sent me flowers for my birthday from Kansas City and I was not pleased. I let More Than Flowers know about it. They brought me the most beautiful flower arrangement and apologized. I will definitely be using them again. The flowers I received are gorgeous. Kudos to them and making sure their customers are satisfied with the product. Thank you so very much.

Definitely More Than Flowers! Ms. Velma and her staff made a beautiful arrangement for our dear sister in Christ, Clara. I searched for a florist throughout Jackson on behalf of my church family and felt I had the right one after connecting with "More Than Flowers." Ms. Velma was nice, caring and professional! Thank you for the beautiful casket piece. It is beautiful. Perfect colors. It was delivered timely. The mix of flowers is simply gorgeous. This is the only flower that we ordered due to budget and there was a bit of concern about the size but it really makes us feel like we chose well and aren’t lacking because this piece compliments her dress and everything. I said it already but it’s beautiful. We are pleased. Thank you so much!

Very dissatisfied with my order and customer service. I placed an order for mother's day and the recipient was called first. The order was not delivered on the day I selected and on the following day, they were not delivered until after 12. Since the recipient had been called prior, she knew flowers were coming and was disappointed that they weren't delivered. I called to cancel my order because I was not happy with the service. I was told that my order could not be cancelled because it was out for delivery. The recipient called to have them cancelled herself, and tried to decline them at time of delivery. Even though the flowers were delivered, they were not what I had ordered. The flowers were completely different, with lillies being in the arrangement. Lillies are toxic for animals and I avoided them for a reason. Also, the vase wasn't even the same. There's a guarantee on the vendor's website that if I wasn't satisfied with my order, that I'd be refunded in full. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, the vendor is non-compliant and does not live up to her guarantee. By customer service alone, I would not recommend them. I tried following up with FTD and they could not locate me as a client with my personal information, nor my order number. This leads me to believe this vendor is dispalying information of being affiliated with FTD that is erronious.
