Mindy's is FANTASTIC for catering and even their take-away meals. Their staff is detail focused, so everything is tended to. Erin, the owner, has employed most of the same staff for many years, which is a tribute to her and to the environment in which they work. On the catering front, their food is not only delicious, they can also accommodate food allergies when needed. They are simply the best!

We recently hired Mindy’s to cater my husband’s birthday party and to say that we were happy is a gross understatement! The contracting process was seamless and Erin provided great insight into what would work well for our event. Delivery of the food went smoothly and we had a table laden with very generous servings of several appetizers. Our guests were all blown away at the quality of the food - as were we! I can’t wait to host another event so we can hire them again!!

Our event was EVERYTHING we wished for. It started with Erin understanding our desire to host a celebration that was both elegant and playful. And we achieved it! The buffet, the porch and room of round tables were popping with colorful linens and flowers. Erin has a great eye for design and she also is detail oriented - a perfect combination which gave my husband and me complete confidence that we were in good hands. We love Mindy's chef and the creativity in their menu options. Our guests were blown away by the dinner and the lovely servers who worked SO hard and made it all look easy. Yonas, who was on site to oversee the party, is a treasure - so in charge and delightful at the same time. I want to start planning another party because now I have my go-to caterer. Thanks to Erin and Mindy's crew for making our celebration so special.

Over the last fifteen years, Mindy's has catered many events at our home. Two weddings, several receptions and fifteen Halloween parties, to be specific. Their creative, delicious food and outstanding professional service keep us coming back year after year. Erin White, the owner will work with you to develop the perfect menu for your event. For our daughter's wedding, Erin brought together the practical concerns of a sit down dinner for a diverse group of 150 guests with her extensive knowledge of food to create a beautiful multiple course dinner. Developing the Halloween party menu is always fun. Each year, the party's theme sparks Erin's imagination, and she has great ideas. My favorite was the Hunger Games party which included Katniss's Lamb Stew and a whole roast pig with an apple in its mouth. If there is anything better than Mindy's food, it is their service. The staff is professional while being warm and friendly. They create a beautiful presentation and keep the buffet food fresh and abundant. They make sure that guests with food allergies and restricted diets have plenty of good food to eat. They work quietly in the background to keep every event flowing smoothly.
