I reached out to several businesses and even the funeral home who transported my father from Augusta Ga to be buried alongside his family in Collinsville AL and could not find anyone who would call me back until I called Clark Memorial. Brittany was so nice and helped me through the entire ordering process and kept me updated on the progress. Tom was so kind and apologetic when explaining that it would take several additional months to complete. Then I received a call that it was actually finished ahead of schedule. My family and I met the team at the cemetery to watch them place the monument and they were professional and took great care to ensure that it was perfect. Our family could not be more pleased with the thoughtfulness and care given to us during this very difficult time. All of our family have moved away from the area. Recently, while visiting the cemetery, we noted one monument and three marks were in need of repair. After prayer, I started searching for a monument company in the area and was impressed to contact Clark Memorials of Alabama. I worked directly with Chase Tourney. He promptly reviewed the pictures I sent him and directions and searched and located all of the stones. This saved us fees. He consulted with his grandfather and together they concurred on which stones were okay and which stones needed attention. Their assessment was the same as ours and they agreed one monument and three markers needed to be reset. Their fee was completely in line with fees we paid at other cemeteries in other locations. Chase promptly returned all messages. His contracts were detailed. He completed all work within the timeframe he set. Knowing we live some distance away, Chase agreed to check all work in one year and again in two years to determine that all stones are still correctly set and to reset any stones he had worked on, without any additional fee, if they needed further attention within the two year period. Chase is sending pictures of the reset stones. We could not have been more pleased with this company and with all contacts with Chase. Thank God there are honest businesses and businessmen that do not take advantage of long distant clients.

I ordered a headstone from them last June. Paid 1/2 down at that time. They told me 3 to 5 months. 5 months was November. Then they sent me email b4 Thanksgiving to pay in full asap so they could deliver my husband's headstone. It's now almost Christmas and many phone calls and many different stories...they still haven't delivered headstone. Nice way to take advantage of a widow!

I wouldn't recommend this company at all. They don't care about the customers and the grief we are going through. I called four times before I finally talked to someone about adding the death date for my mom and they said I would be notified when it was completed...never notified. If I hadn't went to the cemetery I wouldn't have know it was completed. That's horrible for a business to lie and rather heartless knowing a loved one is waiting on an update about the completion of something that's important for a lost loved one and you've paid for it too. Unacceptable.
