Great company. Great Service. Beautiful Memorials exactly the way you requested and designed by professionals. Brian Wilbanks, the President, worked with me every step of the way. He met with me at the cemetery. He met with me and my niece at her home. He sent us brochures and examples. He sent us actual drawings of the headstone and the footstone exactly like the way the final product would appear on the monuments. His assistant Nikki worked with us extremely well. She was extremely personable and did everything necessary to make sure that the final product was done without errors. We were told that it would take about 4 months to finish once we put down the deposit and approved everything. We approved the designs in the middle of November. The actual monuments were installed at the cemetery the first week in March. They were finished exactly as promised. I recommend Legacy Memorials of Leeds, Alabama highly. They also have several other locations in Alabama also.
