My brother passed. I went to Evans Monument on Bardstown Rd and worked with Mr. Evans, Sr. He was lovely to work with. He explained my options. I was able to purchase a beautiful urn that day. The showroom was very attractive and the employees were very nice. I would highly recommend this company.

I have contacted both owners and the office manager. A total of 4 calls. Each time I was told they would contact me tomorrow. This started in January and I have not received a call back from any of these calls I made. I do not want to hear their normal response that I am not in the database. I gave all the information for them to design a few sketches for me too look at back in January. Still waiting.

I am impressed with the personal attention I received from Tom Evans Sr. I really appreciate that he took time to work with me and explain the process in detail. They delivered the headstone on time. My advice to anyone going through this process is to pay attention to every detail on the monument. Every time you receive a "proof" for review, look at every letter and comma to ensure correctness.
