Arlington Memorial Gardens

During a difficult time, the people at Arlington Memorial Gardens were absolutely wonderful. We were treated with compassion and everything that we needed to know was explained in detail. Things came up that we didn’t expect and they assured us it would all work out, and it did perfectly. Particularly helpful was Celia. She made us feel so comfortable. All in all, the process was comforting and memorable.

The staff were very helpful and considerate to our family in this process of the burial. When we were finish and left, our family said to each other, that they were very friendly and understood our needs! It's a good feeling when the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Thanks Sheila and her team! We really appreciated everyone!

Generations of my family and friend’s families are buried at Arlington Gardens. The grounds are always well kept. The employees kind and compassionate. Recently we laid my stepfather to rest in the Mausoleum. I was not part of the planning process but my Mom and brother were. They both spoke highly of the staff and their guidance. Located in Cincinnati, they came to my parent’s house in Springboro for the initial appointment. His service was beautiful including military honors at the Mausoleum site. They allowed us to stay while the casket was placed inside and sealed off. Everything very professional. About a week after the service, we picked up the death certificates in the office. We didn’t feel rushed. Everything was correct and organized for my Mom. They have an emotional support dog (“CoCo”) who loves playing fetch. I thoroughly enjoyed playing with her. Since then, they have reached out to each of us via text, making sure we are OK and letting us know they are available if we need them. I highly recommend Arlington Gardens for your end of life planning needs.

When my mother passed suddenly on 3/2 we were devastated. We called Arlington and 1st spoke with Alecia and Lezlee. What a fantastic group of ladies who were so kind and helpful to guide us through the worst month of my life. Marcia and the grounds team were top notch and preparing my mothers final resting was effortless and without an issue. My family has been at Arlington for over 70 years and it's a place we go for serenity and peace. I would highly suggest calling Arlington for your loved one - it's a beautiful place.
