Floral Hills Memorial Garden, Funeral Home

My parents have a burial plan at Floral Hills. Our father passed away in April. Our family was pleased with the entire process from meeting and worked with David, Sara, and Heather, the set up in the viewing room, and the care during the meal for our family after the visitation and funeral. The staff was extremely helpful while we were dealing with our grief. The facilities are very welcoming and inviting for family and friends of our Dad.

Ricky McQuire and Robert Garner were a huge help at setting everything up for my cousin's out of state embalming, transport and funeral and cremation services!! It truly made everything so simple and I couldn't do it without their help!! The funeral service staff were so patient and kind. The funeral home is beautiful and clean. The bathroom amenities were a thoughtful touch (lint roller, hair ties/bobby pins, wrinkle release spray, etc) ❤️ My cousin looked peaceful and just like himself. I couldn't have asked for a better service.

I already have family members in the cemetery and I was wanting the most inexpensive way for my burial. I thought cremation would was going to be the cheapest. However, Heather pointed out to me since since I have the plots and everything already that would it would be a little cheaper for a ground burial. I appreciated that because in times today you have to watch everything and you always want to make sure everything is covered and I wanted to get things taken care of beforehand so my kids wouldn't have to make decisions. I appreciate it all her help. She was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time and figuring out the dollar amounts on everything. She was what I needed to make my decisions and I appreciated her help. She was great

I decided that I want my burial to be different and Heather was very helpful in helping me do so. She was patient with me and re scheduled our appointment with no hesitation, she was professional, she showed me images of choices I had. She didnt rush me out of there. Overall I had a wonderful experience as I always do. I have several family members buried at this funeral home. They are quick to respond eith any questions and concerns. One time I went to visit my grandma on a holiday and the staff was outside passing out a form asking if we had any questions or concerns about our loved ones spaces, and they had drawings to put names in. One time I won a fourth of July wreath. It was beautiful! Your loved ones will be taking good care of here.

I hosted my Baby shower at the new floral hills event center and it was absolutely perfect! The building was great for accommodating all of my guests and the staff that assisted with my event, was so friendly and went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed!! I would absolutely host another event here!! It’s perfect for showers, birthdays, it would even make a great spot for a small wedding and reception!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHOSING FLORAL HILLS! I am very happy with my experience!
