They took very good care from start to finish. They spent all the time I needed to select and create the headstone for my husband (& me). They kept their promises all the the steps of the way.... to placing it at the desired time. I thank them all for their servants' hearts, truly blessed me and my family.

Everyone at Thomas Monuments were nothing but so kind and helpful. I had asked for a strawberry shaped headstone for my 5 month old daughter and they didn’t flinch to tell me it could happen. They even worked with us when my husband accidentally wrote a check on our closed account. I very very highly recommend them to anyone having to unfortunately get a headstone for their loved one!

All of the staff were friendly, sympathetic and professional. I worked with Rachel and she deigned a beautiful headstone to memorialize my mom. Accommodating all of our changes/requests, she helped us every step of the way. I highly recommend working with Thomas Monuments.

I cannot say enough great things about this wonderful company. They are sweet, kind, understanding and work with you to make the process of choosing a headstone for your loved one so easy. They allow payment plans! How great is that!! A special shout out to Rachel for helping me with the loss of both my sons, as lovingly as she could, with the arrangements of their headstones. She completed another hard time for us with more compassion and kindness with choosing our sisters which was just installed this week. There are no words to express my gratitude to them for understanding that when you loose someone you love..this is the only thing left that you can do for them. I will always have the highest regard for this company full of caring people and would recommend them to anyone who has one last gift to give their loved one. I wish I could give them a million stars because they deserve so much more. I contacted them in June this year after dealing with another company for a year trying to get my 19 year olds monument done and they had it done and delivered on 9/30. Not only did it meet my expectations but I know my baby boy would have approved as well. Blake is who I worked with this whole time and I have never met him but he is the most genuine young man and very sympathetic to what I was going through. Thomas Monuments will always have a special place in my heart for the work the do in unfortunate situations.
