For a $100+ bouquet, I expected a much fuller arrangement and higher-quality flower selection. While the bouquet was pretty, it felt very small and overpriced for what was provided. It honestly felt like I was being taken advantage of for not knowing much about flowers as a student, which was very disappointing. I’d recommend asking for a detailed price breakdown before purchasing so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

They did a stunning last minute arrangement for me for my daughter’s graduation. It was an array of pinks and whites with peonies, pink Cala lilies, roses snap dragons and more. I asked for something light and feminine and they read my mind. Thank you for creating something so beautiful and perfect!

The expectations for the price point were very high, it just did not meet expectations. I would expect better at the busiest time of the year The picture is for $160 bouquet, although some of the flowers are nice, most are small and not. I expect more from a small business. Your reply is NOT correct! All I did was select the flowers and the color, the rest you did yourself. You did not show me the vase ahead of time or how the whole bouquet would look. When I received the flowers, I actually did complain and came back because there were only twelve stems instead of fifteen that were promised. Your worker did fix that part, you can thank them. Yet the bouquet still does not match the exuberant price.

I once purchased a single rose from here back in 2012 as a young college student for my girlfriend's birthday. I dropped in unannounced in the evening right around closing. I didn't have much money at the time, and frankly, I had no idea how much roses cost. I believe I asked how much a dozen was, and, well, it was too much for my meager budget. I then asked how much for just one. Being a good sport, even though I'm sure it was a very unusual request, the woman obliged. Holding the single rose, I realized it was a bit bear. I asked if there was anything, perhaps some baby's breath, to make it look like a bit more than it was. She thought a moment and grabbed a tropical looking broadleaf and folded it over and tied it to the rose with a bit of twine. It was perfect. My girlfriend loved it, and that rose stayed fresh for over a month. Never have I seen a rose do that since. That girlfriend is now my wife, and we have a growing family today. Thank you for that rose, which we still have dried to this day, and happy Valentine's Day.

ERG is my go-to florist when I want to impress! Taraneh is an absolute pleasure to work with—professional, responsive, white-glove service. Her flowers are always stunning—top quality, fresh, abundant, and artistically arranged. Even the most discriminating recipients never fail to be amazed, saying they are the most beautiful arrangements they have ever received, and reminisce about them for years after! I’m a bit torn about putting the word out there, because I want ERG to be my secret weapon!
