Thrive Catering Savannah

I attended an event last evening where the Thrive team catered. The team was fantastic. One individual stood out. Her name is Sharon. She was friendly, engaging, almost smiling and had great attention to detail. I was very impressed and sought out her supervisor to let her know. If you go with Thrive, hopefully you get Sharon there to make your experience the best.

Thrive hit it out of the park for my wedding. I came to them with the idea of a sushi boat thinking it might be unachievable but they absolutely nailed it. The sushi boat during cocktail hour was amazing and the passed apps were delicious and note worthy. One of my guest said it was the best pork belly they’ve ever had. People always say the thing everyone remembers with weddings is the food and with Thrive it was so spectacular. Not to mention their staff was amazing. I had multiple employees stop what they were doing and ask me if I needed anything. Everyone I interacted with was so pleasant and wonderful and as a bride I couldn’t have ask for anything more.

We chose Thrive Catering for our wedding and were referred to them, as well as many others, by our venue The Mackey House Savannah. Thrive stood out from the rest with their quality, plentiful menu, adaptability, and overall top tier customer service. We worked predominately with Alyssa who was consistently available, attentive, and SO knowledgeable, not to mention her kindness. We met many months out to select our menu and do a tasting - which made us feel like we were having the best home cooked meal. Finally, on our wedding day Thrive served passed raw oysters, pork belly bites, caprese skewers, mac and cheese bites which all received glowing reviews! And our dinner menu of braised beef, risotto, shrimp and grits, broccolini and carrots has kept our guest talking STILL about the incredible meal. We also greatly enjoyed the wine stewards and the customer service of making sure my wife and I received a separate plate of cocktail hour food we missed, and for their service packaging our leftovers to bring home and enjoy later. Truly the best!

Thrive is the perfect choice for a wedding caterer. They were the easiest, most responsive, and kindest vendors. I had many back and forths with many people at the company and they always got back to me right away with kindness and compassion. Their hot passed hors d'oeuvres were the talk of the wedding and they even made a specific plate for my husband and I to enjoy so we didn’t miss out! They excelled at our plated meal service and everything came out hot and fresh. Our cake was beautiful and our other desserts were delicious (pralines and banana pudding!). They have such an extensive menu of options that made it hard to choose. Whatever you are looking for Thrive has it!!

Working with Thrive Catering couldn't have been a better experience. The food was phenomenal, gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. The compliments from our guests were endless and im honestly still craving those crab cakes!! Chef Wendy was thoughtful and knowledgable and we truly couldn't have wished for a better catering experience for our wedding!
