The Funeral Program Site

Fantastic! My husband found this site and I'm so happy that he did. Carole is amazing!! She was patient with me, very responsive, professional and thorough. Using this company I accomplished what I wanted - to have a unique, spectacular program for my loved one. An actual keepsake not a boring/standard program. Thank you again for getting them done and in a very timely manner. I had 1 less thing to coordinate and get done by using your reliable company. I will give referrals. Great service from a talented designer, and speedy too! I can do simple photo editing but knew I wanted better than I could do for my Mom’s memorial program, so I purchased Carole’s Design Services to enhance Mom’s main photo. I was so delighted that I hired Carole for 2 more photo enhancements for slideshow images that were significantly improved and are now special family photos. She even met the 3-hr turnaround time on a Saturday (!) and was willing to do a couple of additional tweaks until I was delighted with the final images.

I'd like to say thank you for people like Carole. She made a difficult situation easier. As you know, anyone planning a funeral is in ‘high gear’ making phone calls to family and friends, scheduling the church, ordering flowers, purchasing a casket...and assembling a funeral program. Needless to say, the information that needs to go into the funeral program comes from many sources and having someone like Carole putting it all together made a huge difference. She was very receptive and involved with the process. She helped me choose a program template and guided me on how to best lay out the program. I forwarded her the information (obituary and tribute verbiage, .jpg photos, etc.) and she used her creative skills to make it fit beautifully. As I kept receiving information from my family to add or delete, we ended up with multiple revisions of the program. Carole was able to turn around my updates within an hour or so which made the editing process easy. When the final revision was complete (a week later), we had the Funeral Program company print and next-day deliver the programs (delivery wasn’t cheap, however, when on a tight schedule, you don’t want to depend on ‘snail mail’). We received the programs on time and they were excellent. We received many nice comments on the program and of course I showed the website address on the back of the program. In summary, I give Carole and her company lots of kudos and thank them for being a part of what could have been a gut wrenching process. Unbelievably rewarding experience. I looked at many bulletin sites for my father's memorial bulletin but was drawn to the Funeral Program Site. It was easy to choose and place my order. I was grateful to find a bulletin that allowed me to add an unlimited number of pages at a reasonable price. But the truly amazing part was Carol. First of all, the assistance that she provided exceeded my expectations. She was patient, knowledgeable, informative, descriptive, and helpful with the most pleasant demeanor; a consummate professional. She took what can be a tedious task (I created an extensive bulletin) and made it a wonderful experience. The product turned out very well.

Fortunately for them, unfortunately for me, I have used Funeral Program Site services on 3 occasions in the past 2 years. Each time, the service was stellar and the product was professional. The funeral directors were very impressed with the programs. Carole is very responsive and helpful. She works with me to make sure everything is on point. And she works diligently to make sure the deadline is met. Hopefully, I won't have to but if I must, I would definitely use the Funeral Program Site again and most certainly would recommend it.
