Our funeral director, Jennifer treated us with “kid gloves” answered every one of our questions and addressed every concern. Death is not convenient and highly emotional. You want Charles W Smith Funeral Home handling this important life task with you. Holding your hand. We decided to pre-plan with them because they did our father first-class which included flying him to Hawaii. Our home before moving to Texas. We held 2 services & brought a little Hawaii to this beautiful chapel and I just finished the big one with all our Ohana. Dad flew well and he never looked so good.
