Hills of Rest Cemetery Wildwood Chapel & Mausoleum

Shelley in the office has been wonderfully helpful and patient in the process of getting my mom’s headstone. We are grateful for how Hills of Rest has balanced personal connection with professional care.

I rolled into town June 11 2024 trying to find some of my long-lost ancestors tombstones using "grave finder" and I knew that some of them or one of them was in the Hills Of Rest Cemetery, but not the exact location (these were my grandmother's siblings. My grandmother was born and raised in this area, but is buried in Holland Michigan and all of her siblings are buried in the Sioux Falls area. But, of course, all at different cemeteries. So it literally took me a whole day of going to different cemeteries to find all of them, incl nearby Woodlawn, also Beresford, & Hull Iowa.). In some cases, I just had to walk back and forth back and forth until I found it. However, here I called the office upon arrival and they were very helpful. They quickly looked up the name & gave me the exact location even the number of the tombstone and they provided a paper map. I've been to other cemeteries where they don't even have an office nor website, so this was very nice and I am thankful. God bless you all. 👍✝️🇺🇲
