Edible Arrangements

I ordered some flowers from Ruths Roses in Point Plesant Ohio. I ordered the "Peace and Hope" bouquet for my aunts funeral and they sent something COMPLETLY different and cheaper than what I ordered !!! I do not recommend them at all!!! I will never use them again !!! They do have disclaimer that says if they don't have what you ordered they can send something of the same value or better. And you have to search for their website to find it. And they never told me that when I talked to them.So they can just send whatever they have already made up in the refrigerator. As you can see they were NOT of the same value and CHEAPER! The reason I ordered that bouquet was because of the vase. Now my uncle has just a plain glass vase you can get at a thrift store. I was hoping that whenever he would look at the vase it would remind him of her. But they ruined that for me.And the company is in Nevada not a locally owned shop. It is a locally "ran" shop. I thought I was supporting their local community. Boy was I ever wrong! Next time I'm asking a lot of questions before I place my order.

Placed an online order. Then called the store to confirm. The owner is a great lady she was so helpful and made sure my order and everything was correct. Oh by the way this was short notice for my anniversary. Thanks so much!!! Please stop by and show this locally owned business some love!!

Delivery driver called to make sure it was ok to leave the delivery in our patio. The berries were fresh & tasted great!

Today is my birthday, I was not expecting anything from edible arrangements, but when I saw that big red bag. I jumped with excitement. I received the dipped strawberries. Oh my goodness, it was a burst of flavor, every bite was juicy, and flavorful. Without a doubt I would choose edible arrangements every time. Love you guys. 100% Lit

I ordered an arrangement online to be sent to my sister who lives out of town. The order was sent to this local EA. It was delivered as scheduled and when I received a message from my sister, I found out there was an error with my order. I called this EA to follow up on the error and find out what happened, I realized I made the error during the ordering process. The service representative was so kind and even offered to discount the arrangement. Yes, even after I admitted it was my error, she wouldn’t take no for an answer and credited my payment. What a fantastic service experience I encountered with her. She didn’t have to do anything for me! What a great testament to their service expectation. Thank you Scott Depot Edible Arrangements!
