Mary went above and beyond helping me with a last minute order on a Saturday night. I am very grateful small businesses, and more importantly owners like her, exist. I now have a go-to florist in the area.

The recent arraignment my family ordered online for the passing of a dear friend’s mother was truly lovely and very appreciated by the recipient. We are very pleased and recommend they be trusted. I’ve not always had good experiences ordering remotely for funerals and been sadly disappointed at the representation made of our family’s condolences by other floral shops, that was not the case with Hurricane Floral. I will not hesitate to use them when I can.🙂⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I do not live locally to this shop but wanted some flowers delivered in memory of a lost loved on on 9/5. I flubbed in the billing address section online, as I’ve recently moved, so I made sure to contact the shop by phone to correct my billing address, double check the order and was promptly charged. The recipient knew to expect a delivery, they sat home alone the entire day and the flowers were never delivered. I had to ruin the surprise by asking them if they were delivered flowers, which never came. I was never contacted, the business had my contact info and the recipients. It seems simple for this business to take your money and never deliver the product without your knowledge. I regret not trusting the poor reviews when choosing this florist.

I ordered a dozen yellow roses for my girlfriend on Valentine's Day, and was told that it would cost $65. The charge finally hit my account on 02/18/19 for $40 more than I was told on the phone! The flowers were lovely but I can't recommend being overcharged so it's a two from me.

I visited this shop on July 8 to place an order for two bouquets and one boutonnière. The florist was unavailable, but my order was written down, I sent photos of what I wanted to the florist's number, and I was told I would be contacted.
About two weeks later, I called to follow up. I spoke with the florist who said she had my order, but needed to see if she got my pictures. She confirmed my number, told me she'd look for the texts, and promised to contact me to confirm the order, colors, and pricing.
Two weeks later, I called back and left a message with an employee since the florist was out again.
Two weeks before my wedding, I tried one final time to order my items and the line rang and rang. I never reached a voicemail service. And ended up ordering from another local business who was able to accommodate this simple request within two weeks of my big day.
This was very disappointing. I would never recommend or attempt to use them again.
